Pic 1️⃣: 麻辣蝦餃皇 / Ma La Har Gow Prawn Dumpling - $80 hkd 🌶🍤
— Har Gow but with a punch! This combination is hard to find elsewhere and I really recommend trying it out! It really does taste as good as it looks. The shrimp meat itself had a very bouncy texture and was well seasoned. Although it is spicy, it’s not overly pungent or strong, so those who can’t really tolerate spice would also be able to handle it. Definitely a very flavourful bite that will leave you craving for more!

Pic 2️⃣: 咖喱雞酥 / Chicken Curry Puff - $80 hkd 🍛
— Another unique pastry dim sum choice! The curry filling was aromatic and rich, but could’ve done with a bit more chicken. These are baked fresh to order and served to your table fresh out the oven with the pastry being so flaky and buttery.

Pic 3️⃣: 龍蝦燒賣 / Lobster and Minced Pork Siu Mai - $90 hkd 🦞
— These were massive 😂 Good lobster to pork ratio as you can really taste the lobster and the chew it gives the siu mai.

Pic 4️⃣: 麻辣小籠包 / Sichuan Xiao Long Bao Pork Soup Dumpling - $80 hkd 🌶
— Flavours are really similar to the har gao but I’d recommend this if you really want to try out their spicy dim sum options! The soup in this was super delicious and had the perfect amount of spice and acidity to it. The meat was tender and the skin was pretty thin.

Pic 5️⃣: 碧綠帶子腸 / Scallop and Asparagus Cheung Fun - $95 hkd
— The cheung fun layers were paper thin and really smooth. The scallop was slightly over-steamed though. Personally thought the dish could’ve done with a bit more soy sauce as it was quite bland.

Pic 6️⃣: 野菌冬菇包 / Wild Mushroom Bao - $40 hkd 🍄
— Really tasty buns that are guaranteed to fill you up. The mushroom filling had a good variety of different mushrooms in it for contrasting textures and flavours which I enjoyed. The buns itself were really light and fluffy too!

😋Taste: a few of the items I originally wanted to try out weren’t available unfortunately

⭐️Would visit again?: Always for drinks 😉 Food is not bad either!
