Went to the SOHO area for a drink, but instead of going to the bustling bars on the street, I chose the James Sickling Wine Central opened by the famous wine critic.It is a wine bar with Korean fusion food, but I didn’t try the food this time, just focusing my time on a nice wine.I ordered a glass of Chateau Bouscaut Blanc from Pessac-Leognan 2011. It is with nice and rich gold colour, and strong fragrance of oak and buttery. With its great intensity and full body, the palate is round and smooth

Some taro chips were also given to entertain the chew, lightly salted and a good companion to the wine indeed.
