I ordered a glass of Chateau Bouscaut Blanc from Pessac-Leognan 2011. It is with nice and rich gold colour, and strong fragrance of oak and buttery. With its great intensity and full body, the palate is round and smooth, also as attractive as it is on the nose.
Some taro chips were also given to entertain the chew, lightly salted and a good companion to the wine indeed.
