今次諗住帶老婆去食好野,我就揀左呢間意大利菜既餐廳,特登過海黎港島食野😋我就食左佢個tasting menu,咁就逐樣食物講下啦😏"Lingua Tonnata", Veal Tongue & Tonnata Sauce,佢係一個簿切牛舌黎既,塊牛舌好靚,入口即溶,加埋佢個tonnata醬酸酸地咁好夾,超好味🤩"Pollo alla Diavola" Spicy Chicken on the Bone, Seasonal Vegetables,佢係成隻烤雞面頭有加香辣粉,隻雞好大隻,烤得好香,肉質唔會鞋,而且仲有啖啖肉汁,正呀😋Charcoal Grill Bone Marrow, Toasted Bread, Aromatic Salad,呢個係炭燒牛骨髓,呢個真係好少見過有得食,佢係咸咸地,入口即溶,加埋麵包沙律黎食好夾,可以中和番油既感覺😍"Testina" Pig's Head & Salsa Verde,呢個係慢煮豬面頰肉黎,面頭有青醬幾好味,呢道菜用餐廳名黎命名,係佢地既signature菜黎,肉好有肉汁,又唔會韌,嫩得黎唔會太肥👍🏻
