What a bad dinning experience!!!1) I booked a table for 3 persons through openrice, then when arrived the restaurant, I was informed that my seats are arranged to be jointly with another party of 3 persons. What a joke! If so, why allowing ppl to book? Why do I have to book in advance for?2) there is lady kept promoting their special dishes, which is good. But when I ask for the prices. The lady replies, "The price is written on the broad, and they are listed on openrice.". I am stunned! I

What a bad dinning experience!!!

1) I booked a table for 3 persons through openrice, then when arrived the restaurant, I was informed that my seats are arranged to be jointly with another party of 3 persons. What a joke! If so, why allowing ppl to book? Why do I have to book in advance for?

2) there is lady kept promoting their special dishes, which is good. But when I ask for the prices. The lady replies, "The price is written on the broad, and they are listed on openrice.". I am stunned! If everything is self-served, then why they 10% for service charge?!!!

3) when I ask the lady for the bill for lunch, she replies, "the cashier is at the counter." Again, if everything is self-served, why are we paying the 10% for?!!!

4) I booked a table through openrice before as it's was on promotion that booking through openrice can have 10% discount. However, the lady offered us coupons for us to use next time instead as she said they could earn more if not through openrice so that they can offer a larger discount. I booked the table through openrice as usual this time, and when I try to use the coupons at the cashier, I was accused and blamed duplicate used of discount benefits. What's wrong with this restaurant? As a customer, I don't really care how they arrange their market promotion and it's definitely not a customer's job of how and when the discount coupons are used. They can simply inform me instead of accusing me and pissed me off a big time!!!

In conclusion, this restaurant certainly know how to piss off their customers, as if sending customers away. I definitely not going to return again!
