為鼓勵食肆透過提供食物份量選擇和採取減少廚餘措施,與顧客共同從源頭減少廚餘,環境保護署推出了「咪嘥嘢食店」計劃,參與食肆如符合評核準則將獲「咪嘥嘢食店」認可資格和獲發「咪嘥嘢食店」的標誌及標貼,以供張貼於店舖內和宣傳,供顧客識別。此計劃全年均接受申請,申請費用全免。

Wong Chun Chun is the first generation Thai restaurant in Kowloon City, owing to its long-established history of Thai restaurants in Hong Kong. The restaurant provides a wide variety of food options with fresh ingredients. The food taste is acceptable but won't be expected to tickle our taste buds for this time. The restaurant environment is decent; however, the prices are relatively more aggressive compared to other Thai restaurants in the same district. To wrap up, it is still a nice option for family gathering or celebration.

脫骨鳳爪沒有醃入味,感覺只是白恰鳳爪淋上醬汁,酸辣醬汁亦不足夠,頗為失望…

小食拼盤選擇了蝦餅和春卷雙拼,熱辣辣亦香口,整體正常發揮

一共有六大件豬頸肉,旁邊附有餐廳有名的蝦片,豬頸肉邊有炭香味,口感爽口,表現不錯,但早前介紹的泰仔美食的燒豬頸肉更為出色!


🔘 冬陰功湯 Tom Yum Kung Soup (中/middle) | hkd$228
泰菜不能缺少的冬陰功湯表現出色,湯的酸辣平衡得好,檸檬和香茅香撲鼻而來,亦有數隻大頭蝦於湯內,蝦肉爽口新鮮,不錯!

烏頭魚肉質嫩滑,亦不會有魚腥味,旁邊亦附上一碗酸辣醬汁,可根據個人口味淋酸辣醬汁在蒸魚上~


🔘 咖喱炒蟹 Fried Crab with Curry Sauce | hkd$488
本次最期待的咖喱炒蟹,蟹肉肉質嫩滑,可感受到食材的新鮮,但可惜咖喱醬汁奶香不足,咖喱味也不夠惹味,蟹和醬汁亦有些分離的感覺,有點失望…

選用了九龍城鳳香園麵包店的法式麵包,外殼烤得香脆,麵包體亦鬆軟好味,適合沾上咖喱炒蟹的咖喱汁,一口接一口!

正常發揮~

菠蘿炒飯用真正的菠蘿為碟,配料有大蝦、青豆、腰果、肉鬆、菠蘿粒、提子乾、和臘腸粒,整體不過不失,可點亦可不點~
