I have been a regular of this wonderful restaurent ever since it opened years ago and I dare say this is one of the best Vietnamnese meal in HK. The owners took time and went to Vietnam to learn to cook the cuisine and not only the food is delicious, but they never use any MSG nor chicken powder , that translates to cost! The basic Banh Mi is the best in town, not exactly the most authentic as I am no expert, but as delicious as or better than anywhere in HK! Cilantro, preserve carrot shreds , minced pork and special spicy mayo sauce concoction made up a fantastic symphony and harmony in the mouth. The baguette, though not home baked, is crunchy but not over and would never cut your mouth. Tried their chicken, slow cook ribs and is even better!
Their crab soup noodle is quintessence of taste of heaven. Noodle is soft yet with texture , came with ample fresh meat and ooh-so-fantastic deeply flavour soup which uses tons of shrimp heads to slow cook it.
Butter chicken wings is heavenly, yes they don't use frozen , that's why the meat is so juicy underneath the crunchy and buttery crust!
I have tried 80% of their dishes in the menu and I had never had a single dish that I am not satisfied! That speaks volume, unlike someone who just came just once and criticizes without understand what real flavour is!
Wholehearted recommended this place at any given time!!!!!!
