A new found rice noodles shop in Tsuen Wan and serving Yunnan sour & spicy noodles. This eatery offers a number of different homemade broth, base and wide variety of toppings for people to customise their own ‘small pot’ rice noodles. Opted for ‘small pot’ noodles ($32), topped with pork neck (+$12) and pork chop (+$12) and sour spicy soup (baby spicy level). The soup base is flavourful and has more sour than spicy. Both signature pork neck and chop come in generous portion. They are cut in fine

Both signature pork neck and chop come in generous portion. They are cut in fine slices, tasty and tender, but it would be great to be more charred and crispy. The price is reasonable and overall is a satisfying bowl of soup noodles.
