kinki, quite rarely seen in hk is known as the "ruby of the sea" thts remarkably fat, silky & succulent!! we devoured the whole thing including the fish head cuz the skin was crispy YUMMS !!! damn the wagyu steak was fire (literally), MIND THE GORGEOUS MARBLING it melted in my mouth …. alternatively u can choose thin beef slices if thts wt u prefer !!
