🐔西式🐔◽今次要介紹嘅餐廳係位於上環嘅 Classic Creations Cafe。坐落於一個小巷之中，環境較為寧靜，有種遠離煩囂嘅感覺。裝潢圍繞音樂作為主題，拜訪黑膠唱機、唱片、及掛上一牆音樂人嘅畫像。食物質素有驚喜，惟有幾款想食嘅菜式皆已售罄，希望下次到訪嘅時候可以品嘗到。Classic Creations Cafe is located in an alley in Sheung Wan, where you can feel away from the hustle and bustle. The cafe is decorated in a musical theme, with vinyl players. records, and portraits of musicians. The food quality is surprisingly great. Classic Buffalo Wings $60
水牛城雞翼嘅酸辣味到調配得恰到好處，可口同時惹味。內裡肉質鮮嫩，富肉汁，頗為出色。
The sourness and spiciness of the Buffalo Wings are just right, which tastes delicious and exquisite. The flesh is juicy and tender, which is quite outstanding.

Meatballs with Homemade Tomato Basil Sauce $65
肉丸富肉香，同時混入少量軟骨增添質感。自家製嘅番茄醬極為開胃，從番茄嘅酸味之中加入少量香草，令味道更有層次。我哋兩個都好欣賞依道小食。
The meatballs taste rich with the addition of cartilage. The homemade tomato sauce is extremely appetizing, as the basil gives an extra aroma to the sourness of the tomato sauce. We both appreciate these meatballs.

Dirty $49
凍奶底加一 Shot 熱嘅 Espresso，該強烈對比正好係 Dirty 嘅獨特之處，不妨一試。
The strong contrast between cold milk and hot espresso is unique to Dirty, which you would like to try.

Chocolate $50
朱古力味道香濃，而質感順化，與小食嘅味道搭配。
The chocolate tastes rich and smooth, and matches well with the snacks.
