一直都好想試呢啲超闊嘅麵！！之前見過大角咀有，不過嗰一種好似更加闊～咁啱經過紅磡見到呢間細細間食日本嘢嘅小店，所以決定試一試！整體來講，雖然有少少失望，但覺得呢度嘅食材都唔差，純粹可能我失望嘅闊麵要配啲濃味啲嘅醬汁(見到佢有咖喱汁🤩)，我會再來試吓其他配搭😛！.Been seeing these super thick udon noodles on IG all the time🍝 finally got a chance to give it a try at this Japanese Udon shop in Hung Hom😊 overall, slightly disappointed 😔 wasnt as good as I thought 😆 the ingredients are decent but the noodles were sticking together and i couldnt seperate it at all ☹️ which made it really thick and a bit doughy! the soup base isnt a

一心諗住嚟試呢個麵，但係有少少失望☹️
闊麵本身無咩味都expected嘅，不嬲呢啲都係食口感，但個鏗魚湯唔係幾夠味，令到成碗麵嘅味道得叉燒同溏心蛋🤧不過要讚下啲叉燒，有四大嚿之餘，肥瘦適中，多淋。
再加上唔知係咪因為個湯唔夠熱，令到啲麵好多都痴埋一齊，闊麵本身又滑身，所以好難分開(再加上我筷子功有限🤣)，有啲仲係三四片痴埋一齊咁食🥺
不過如果分開一磈磈咁食啲麵嘅話，其實口感唔錯，又滑又煙韌，幾特別！仲有，唔好睇佢得幾磈咁嘅樣，其實份量都幾多下，食完都幾飽肚㗎🤪

其實我哋今次係下午茶時間嚟嘅，所以呢個飯都幾抵食！仲見到有更加平$38嘅親子丼！
整體來講呢個係一個唔錯嘅滑蛋飯，蛋真係炒得幾滑下，洋蔥味都好香。而豚肉嘅份量都足夠，又唔會話太過肥！😋
