儘管過去 3 年發生了種種危機，但香港還是湧現出許多新餐館。 好久沒來這家越南餐廳了。許多越南餐館將他們的招牌牛肉湯和生牛肉麵放在一起。 我必須說，很高興回到清澈的肉湯中，減少一些可能添加的所有花哨的東西，使它變得更豐富，最終向你收取更多的費用及失去原本越南色彩的味道。There have been so many new restaurants popping up in Hong Kong despite of all the crisis over the past 3 years. There have been so many new restaurants popping up in Hong Kong despite of all the crisis over the past 3 years. It’s been a long time since I’ve visited this Vietnamese restaurant.
Many Vietnamese restaurants make their signature beef broth go the raw beef noodles. I must say that it was nice to return having a broth that’s clear and less all the fancy stuff some may add in to make it a lot more rich and end up charge you more for what it is.
