預早左成個月 成功book到weekend lunch! 餐廳裝潢簡約,氛圍輕鬆,店員親切,用餐體驗唔錯!當日仲咁岩坐到窗邊位,都幾chill🌬min spend: $300pp (lunch) / $500pp (dinner)𝙎𝙣𝙖𝙘𝙠🐣Chicken liver parfait, red onion compote $108鴨肝醬軟滑濃郁,感覺上無平時嘅咁heavy咁鹹~ 旁邊配左好薄好香脆嘅麵包,加埋酸甜紅蔥頭一齊食就更清新 (不過我反而嫌佢唔夠邪惡唔夠重口味)𝙎𝙩𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙚𝙧 🐮Steak tartare $208牛肉口感軟腍,唔會切到好碎,有大有細~ 食落好重酸瓜味,帶點洋蔥香,好refreshing~ 但就有啲搶左牛味。怕酸瓜嘅人要小心!𝙈𝙖𝙞𝙣🦆Duck à l'orange $358完全係為咗呢道鴨胸而黎!外皮煎得金黃帶焦香,但食落又唔算特別脆~ 鴨胸呈粉嫩嘅紅色,肉質軟腍有咬口,有肉味肉汁,唔會太韌太柴,不過就唔係我食過最嫩嘅鴨胸。旁邊嘅Carrot purée有驚喜喎!香甜軟滑,on top嘅紅蘿蔔軟綿到好似番薯!orange sauce微甜微酸帶香料味亦為呢道菜加

Madeleine即叫即焗,要等15分鐘先食到~ 口感唔似平時嘅Madeleine,反而似好軟綿嘅蛋糕。外層薄脆,內𥚃濕潤帶彈性。唔當佢係Madeleine黎食 味道其實唔錯~ 新鮮岀爐真係唔會輸

整體嚟講,
超鍾意佢嘅薯條!其他菜式味道正常好食,但就無想像中咁有驚喜 (可能期望太高?!) 勝在氛圍輕鬆,成個用餐體驗都幾好。今餐兩個女仔人均$500,食完啱啱好飽,法國菜黎講價錢都算可以接受,夜晚黎食feel like抵啲?!
