My last review was 10 years before and it is the luck for Summer August being picked. Writer is an old customer to this shop since their starting in Long Ping. Their foods are generally fine , price is okay and thus we have kept support if we want to have an usual western dish for dinner in Yuen Long area. After my last trial on Saturday night, it is no more. They are already not a humble small local shops anymore but they may deem themselevs is a branded name or Michelin, that is customers
Writer is an old customer to this shop since their starting in Long Ping. Their foods are generally fine , price is okay and thus we have kept support if we want to have an usual western dish for dinner in Yuen Long area.
After my last trial on Saturday night, it is no more. They are already not a humble small local shops anymore but they may deem themselevs is a branded name or Michelin, that is customers plead for their food kinds.
We are being blamed for late. we have reseved a table at 20:15 and we have arrived on time or probably 1 min late. Honestly we did not request for a table immediate available or complaint for any waiting. May be the staff was too anxious we will do that and then he immediate blame us already late and table has just been given to a walk in client then close the sliding door immediately.
We have really argued few minutes in front of the shop by pointing out that we really can wait ( since we understand what price subject to what kind of service or waiting time since one min late is also kind of latest and the shop really have the right to assign any table) but we not feeling well to be blamed by a straight / rude tone we we're lated. We trust HKG is still a service orientated city and it not differential into a customer who pay by ten/ hundred or thousand per head.
I wish the staff can be more patient and explain to client the table has been assigned with a minimum politeness . I Trust most of the customers who visits / fans of your restaurant can be understood.
Finally, I think the only reason we were treated by the rude way was they no more care about custoner service or looking for any new customers, they trust they have already suceeded.
