At first, I was attractive by the color of this ice cream.  Holly Brown  provides a good Gelato experience as it provide a great number of flavors of gelato with various toppings.  The baked waffle cradle is crispy and yummy, it is a perfect match with Gelato. I also  love the topping match with gelato, its delicious. Also I can see the whole process of making gelato, its interesting to see the process of mixing various topping with Gelato.
