早3星期前預約,黎到話無booking。跟住同我哋講安排我就坐住bar枱位置先,話有枱就安排我哋。跟住等咗個幾鐘,中間有幾張枱走左,我問係咪可以入去坐,跟住個staff話要等下,後面仲有好多人等緊,叫我地等等。如是者,再等左半個鐘,中間再有人走,我朋友問係咪可以坐,佢話人哋已經預約咗。好啦,最後我問咗第二個staff,先知道原來處理Booking果個staff將我地張枱比左其他人!原來我地係有booking,但果個staff用左我地個booking比左其他人!原來一直我哋有Booking,但係個staff將自己做錯嘅嘢放咗落我哋身上,從而話我哋冇Booking,想趕我哋走!最後係另外一個staff ,幫我哋處理,再俾返張枱我哋! 本身個booking係九點,最後我哋入到去係10:40!尼間店本身主要消費都唔平,認真講,啲嘢飲係咪真係好吸引?唔係!純粹我哋班朋友想一齊搵個地方坐吓傾吓偈,舒舒服服,有好嘅服務!但真係勁失望,估唔到尼度店員做左錯嘅嘢,推落顧客身上,點解可以甘做?如果比甘既價錢,有好多店比尼間店做得更加好!唔會再黎!無論嘢飲,定係服務,都唔值!We made a reserv

尼間店本身主要消費都唔平,認真講,啲嘢飲係咪真係好吸引?唔係!純粹我哋班朋友想一齊搵個地方坐吓傾吓偈,舒舒服服,有好嘅服務!

但真係勁失望,估唔到尼度店員做左錯嘅嘢,推落顧客身上,點解可以甘做?如果比甘既價錢,有好多店比尼間店做得更加好!

唔會再黎!無論嘢飲,定係服務,都唔值!

We made a reservation three weeks in advance, but when we arrived, they said there was no booking. Then they told us to sit at the bar first and that they would arrange a table for us. We waited for a couple of hours, and during that time, several tables became available. When I asked if we could sit at one of those tables, the staff said we had to wait because there were still a lot of people waiting behind us and told us to hold on.

So we waited another half hour, and more people left during that time. My friend asked if we could sit down, and the staff said that those tables were already reserved.

Finally, I asked a second staff member and found out that the staff handling bookings had given our table to someone else! It turned out that we did have a booking, but that staff member mistakenly assigned our table to others! We had a reservation all along, but the staff shifted the blame onto us, claiming we had no booking and trying to rush us out!

In the end, another staff member helped us and finally got us a table! Our booking was at 9:00, and we finally got in at 10:40!

This place is not cheap to begin with, and honestly, are the drinks really that appealing? Not really! Our group just wanted a place to sit and chat comfortably with good service!

But we were really disappointed. I didn’t expect the staff here to make mistakes and put the blame on the customers. How can they do that? For the same price, there are many other places that can do a much better job!

We won’t be coming back! Neither the drinks nor the service are worth it!"
