I used to go to this place under its old name long time ago. Apparently, they have changed hand for quite some time.Food: The soup base for the pho noodle was not exciting at all. None of the dishes were exciting in fact. The spring rolls were small and over fried. There was not much shrimps or meat in the fried rice or noodles. I consider the portion too small for the appetizer. In fact, any seafood and meat ingredients were sparingly added to the dishes....The Vietnamese coffee was good though

Each of us paid approximately $180 for dinner.
Finally, I consider the charging for tea (chai fee) on top of the 10% service charge as unreasonable. Also, it was not good tea! In fact, it is rare practice for Vietnamese restaurants in HK to charge tea fee-- a practice that should be discouraged!!!!
Service: Average
Environment: Pleasant and spacious. However, it is kinda dark because there is also a bar attached to it so it might not be suitable for family gatherings.
