大甲芋頭鮮奶 ($30)芋頭味的確幾香濃 同奶味之間嘅平衡拿捏得幾好 但係飲落會有啲好硬嘅細芋頭粒 搞到口感有太大嘅反差 如果係比較軟身同粉啲嘅芋頭應該會融洽啲另外甜度係冇得揀嘅 但係唔駛擔心味道會過甜整體黎講我都係覺得迷客夏嘅芋頭奶最好飲I quite like the balance between the milk and the taro puree, you can taste both flavours equally well when everything’s stirred together. However the taro wasn’t thoroughly mashed and so small bits of hard taro was mixed within the drink, which was too big of a contrast in texture. If it was in the form of softer chunks instead it would probably match the drink better. Overall
