bookmark咗呢間自家製手打烏冬都好耐下,不過兩間分店都唔係我去開嘅地方,所以一直都只可以睇大家嘅食評,今次終於有機會係試吓啦!!閒日嘅兩點鐘嚟到,雖然唔洗等位,但都幾full下😳仲要我最想試嘅海苔同大麥鳥冬都賣曬🥺大家如果有心食嘅話最好早少少嚟~不過唔知係咪期望越大,失望越大☹️整體來講,我覺得呢到嘅配菜(骨付雞!!!)比烏冬更加出色~烏冬嘅口感冇我想像中咁爽口彈牙,不過其實見到網上面好多人都話呢度烏冬嘅口感好正,喺度諗其實係咪我唔好彩咁岩今次失準,有機會嘅話下次再嚟試吓啦~真係好掛住日本隨便喺街邊都搵到啲好authentic又平又正嘅烏冬店呀!😭.bookmarked this udon place for ages now 😭 finally got a chance to try it 😊 came here at 2pm & their famous seaweed udon was all sold out 😮 not sure if our expectations were too high but i felt that the udon weren’t as bo

bookmarked this udon place for ages now 😭 finally got a chance to try it 😊 came here at 2pm & their famous seaweed udon was all sold out 😮 not sure if our expectations were too high but i felt that the udon weren’t as bouncy as i expected ☹️ i thought their side dishes were better than the actual udon! maybe it was just a bit off that day! but ima come here again next time to try their other udons 😊

見到有得撈生雞蛋就梗係要試吓啦!
本身叫凍諗住可以試吓烏冬本身嘅口感,因為怕湯嘅話浸得太耐會淋咗,但今次食都覺得本身烏冬有少少煮得太耐嘅感覺,唔夠爽口彈牙,如果硬番少少嘅話口感會好好多。
醬汁味道有少少唔係我expected嘅,有一種越食越酸嘅感覺,有一浸好重嘅醋味咁。
反而配菜骨付雞有驚喜!雞肉肉質又夠淋身,又juicy,味道甜甜地,好似搽咗少少蜜糖喺上邊烤咁。唯一美中不足嘅係,雞皮唔夠香脆。

湯烏冬同冷烏冬都一樣,口感有少少失望,太過淋啦~
湯底方邊,咖喱味唔夠濃郁,有少少飲緊普通堅魚湯底嘅感覺。
天婦羅嘅炸粉唔算太過厚,又唔會話太油膩,五件啱啱好,唔錯~
