Triple SHOCK......This is one of the worst experience in my life...........we saw this restaurant recommended on youtube and hurried to book a table.we arrived on time and quickly sat down.....everything seems normal....and the waitress came over and told us no Wagyu and Oyster because they had a busy weekend....."okay...." we arrived on time and quickly sat down.....everything seems normal....and the waitress came over and told us no Wagyu and Oyster because they had a busy weekend....."okay...." I asked what will be the replacement for the 10 dish menu if the main is not available....she replied.....IT SHOULD BE lamb or pork......I was SHOCKED#1 .......the pork and lamb can replace the Wagyu?!?!? she said will check with the kitchen.....and asked me again if I will order the 10dish menu or not? without knowing what the main dish....I have to decide?!?!? SHOCK#2........and my wife told them to check before we can make a decision...........skip all the small parts.......I finally ordered the 10 dish and my wife the 6dish........food isn't too bad......but just not to the price
My wife's main dish arrived......Pork chop......first bite....my wife knew immediatly it used soda powder(meat softener)on the meat right away........I tried a bite.....yup....it's way~~~ too woft to be a pork......we only ate half and they took it away....after few minutes the waitress came over and asked us any problem with the pork? since only half ate......we told them it tasted soda powder(meat softener)......and the waitress told us that these few days has been super busy and when defrosting the meat.....it didn't defrost well....and they are very sorry.........SHOCK#3......It means they knew the pork was bad and still served to the customer............
Will eat here........
