今日同韓國朋友去咗尖沙咀一間韓國餐廳度食飯超級多人,不斷有人等位。好好生意。因為我朋友媽媽係韓國人,所以她通常都知道邊啲係韓式餐廳。這間就非常之韓式家鄉風。韓式飯波韓式飯波通常以飯為基底我想紫菜說同埋芝麻咗佢特製嘅調味料,食韓國菜可以自己攞手猜猜,好得意。韭菜薄餅薄餅外脆內軟,裡面包裹著豐富的韭菜餡料。韭菜的香氣與薄餅的酥脆形成完美的對比,搭配酸醬油或醋來食,更加出色。大醬湯再加一個白飯,今餐真係好飽。韓式炒粉絲韓式炒粉絲以粉絲和韓式醬油和辣椒粉調味。炒至金黃的粉絲吸收了醬汁的味道,口感滑順 。下次一定要推介鹹香的飯波。Today, I went to a Korean restaurant in Tsim Sha Tsui with some friends. 韓式飯波
韓式飯波通常以飯為基底我想紫菜說同埋芝麻咗佢特製嘅調味料,食韓國菜可以自己攞手猜猜,好得意。
韭菜薄餅
薄餅外脆內軟,裡面包裹著豐富的韭菜餡料。韭菜的香氣與薄餅的酥脆形成完美的對比,搭配酸醬油或醋來食,更加出色。

大醬湯再加一個白飯,今餐真係好飽。

韓式炒粉絲
韓式炒粉絲以粉絲和韓式醬油和辣椒粉調味。炒至金黃的粉絲吸收了醬汁的味道,口感滑順 。

下次一定要推介鹹香的飯波。

Today, I went to a Korean restaurant in Tsim Sha Tsui with some friends. It was super crowded, and people were constantly waiting for seats. The business was really good.

The Korean rice bowl usually has rice as the base, topped with seaweed and sesame, along with their special seasoning. It’s fun to serve yourself when eating Korean food.

Chive Pancakes
The pancakes are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, filled with a rich chive filling. The aroma of the chives perfectly contrasts with the crispiness of the pancakes. They taste even better when paired with soy sauce or vinegar.

I also ordered a soybean paste soup with a bowl of white rice; I was really full after this meal.

Korean Stir-Fried Glass Noodles
The Korean stir-fried glass noodles are seasoned with Korean soy sauce and chili powder. The noodles are stir-fried until golden, absorbing the flavors of the sauce, resulting in a smooth texture.

Next time, I must recommend the savory rice bowl
