This is my first time dining at Spoon.8 號風球後, My friend and I 相約在 SPOON by Alain Ducasse出邊個景就麻麻 ... 應該係打完風嘅關係~SPOON by Alain Ducasse 最出名就係個天花板~!!個天花板係 filled up with Silver Spoons~!!因為佢地要話比人知, 任何地方, 祇要有嘢食, 就一定要用 Spoon~!!Starter 係 Crab Meat with toast ... 好正 ... 啲 Crab 好好食Steam Duck Foie gras "蒸鴨肝" << My friend said so far 全香港得呢度有得食好好好好好好好好好好好好好好好好好好食 x 1xxxxxxxxxxxth times Main Course: My friend ordered 羊肉 slice << 我唔食羊, so 品嚐唔到了~ 但我個 friend 話真係極好食 ... 我唔食, 係我嘅損失~!!Main Course:

Main Course: I ordered Sea Bass 魚;
However, I need to 再 order another dish << Why??
因為之前嗰碟係海水味過濃 (i.e. 極咸 >> 難食~!! 加上肉質有啲唔新鮮 ... god ... what da ... 竟然收我 $6xx.- for that), hence先要換過碟好食啲嘅~!!
Dessert: 叫咗最出名嘅 Black of Black. 好食到不得了 ^^
切開 Fondant, 暖暖嘅 Chocolate 緩緩滲出 ^^
好好好好好好好好好好好好好好好好好好食 x 1xxxxxxxxxxxth times
呢碟 dessert 配 Dark Chocolate Sorbert
Dessert: 再叫了呢一碟, 好似係叫咗 Classic Chef Special
Except 件 tart =.=", other than that, 其他配件, 都好好食;
當 waiter 攞碟 Classic Chef Special 嚟嗰陣, 介紹咗個叫 Chocolate lollipop 嘅 Chocolate 球 ...
我仲問 ... huh? Lollipop?? Why that's round??
切開個心後, 外脆 Chocolate + 內軟係 Chocolate Mousse x Chocolate Sponge Cake
呢碟 dessert, however, 配 Normal Chocolate Sorbert (同樣好食, 但我愛味濃的朱古力~)
This place is so nice ... except it's kinda packed ... too crowd in a way ... ...
Must 讚 ... 啲 waiter and waiteress 態度好好 ... 值得一讚~ ^^
