Pork cartilage tomatoes sauce ramen (chicken soup) $80 (👅: 7.9/10)This is my first time to try pork cartilage,🧐at first I think of chicken cartilages which I don’t really like the strong feeling of it as it was so hard like a bone🤔but the pork cartilage is totally different from the chicken one!!😳I am so surprise that the pork cartilage part taste so soft tender🤩and juicy, also the cartilage taste like collagen👍🏻 which is not really taste like bone which is better than the normal pork ramen😝//Lu

Lunch set A: Tonkotsu ramen(pork base soup) • Chinese dumplings $70 (👅: 7.5/10)

The dumplings is kind of thinwhen they fried it but the taste is still fine.

🥴The pork of the ramen is a bit harder than the pork cartilage that I like the most🤓the original pork without any fat and that’s why not that soft but can taste a bit bbq style👍🏻

but the noodles are not the one I want and absorbed soup quickly started to turn crook from straight so soon as u order soft when I am choosing the noodles and it’s chewy
