這個壽司拼盤的內容非常豐富，可說是魚、蝦、蟹雲集，每款魚都非常新鮮，鮮味十足。至於三款軍艦壽司的味道亦非常可口，美中不足是紫菜放久了的話就會變得腍身，而比較失色的是海膽魷魚壽司，雖然海膽十分新鮮但魷魚卻比較韌

The three types of nigiri sushi are equally delectable, though the seaweed can turn slightly chewy with time. While the sea urchin octopus sushi lacks in presentation, with the sea urchin being exceptionally fresh but the octopus slightly tough.
