After eating many different Japanese ramen restaurant, this is the one that we will keep going back. News said the chef went to Japan to learn the traditional way of cooking, we believe so as the soup base is really nice.I usually have 燈火 and Bambi will have 白前. We can pick the hardness of the noodle, I prefer hard noodle which seldom have in other restaurants. Their soup base is very thick and full of flavor, it is not too salty so I don't feel thirsty afterward. Mine has sliced pork, seaweed,

Their soup base is very thick and full of flavor, it is not too salty so I don't feel thirsty afterward. Mine has sliced pork, seaweed, bamboo shoots, fungus and egg.
We ordered a snack tonight which is deep fried oyster, this one just soso as the oyster is very small.
Overall their ramen is very yummy so it is worth going.
