今日同男朋友去咗土瓜灣榛尚嘅聚聚。店內環境餐廳裝修別具一格,帶點雅緻和簡約。值得一提既係佢入面有唔少梳化卡位,坐得非常舒服!今次嗌咗佢嘅二人套餐, 因為唔單止有優惠價($582), 仲可以一次過試曬好多種唔同嘅菜式,🤤冰鎮荔枝蕃茄車厘茄浸喺荔枝汁入面,既有車厘茄嘅爽口,亦都吸收咗荔枝嘅甜度。荔枝咬落去多汁小酸,味甘絕口。絕對係夏日嘅開胃小菜。雙色流心皮蛋用咗紅薑蓉同青椒蓉達成雙色,紅薑唔會太辣所以大多數人都接受到。糖心皮蛋流心部份黏口滑溜。椰皇燉珍寶花膠雖然驟眼睇個椰皇唔係好大,但係入面有好大嚿肥口彈牙嘅花膠。雞湯食起呢比較鮮甜,而啲雞肉都唔會煮到太老。而佢嗰啲椰子肉已經燉得好淋,一刮就甩。香草金稻帆立貝入面唔單止有燒茄子、草菇同炸米糠,仲有香草忌廉汁搭上香煎帆立貝。就算有咗香草汁,啲米糠仍然脆身唔會淋。嫩滑無骨雞伴濃湯翡翠苗翡翠苗同埋雞肉都非常嫩,食落去唔會覺得老。而佢嘅上湯都非常有雞嘅鮮味。火焰脆皮豬手(配黑椒汁/芥末沙律醬/香草汁)上菜嗰陣時侍應仲會表演埋點火,觀賞性十足(啱曬打卡!)。個豬手皮香脆得嚟都唔會太硬,啲肉嫩滑得嚟又唔會太鹹,我會話佢啱啱恰到好處,所以就算唔太鍾意食豬

冰鎮荔枝蕃茄
車厘茄浸喺荔枝汁入面,既有車厘茄嘅爽口,亦都吸收咗荔枝嘅甜度。荔枝咬落去多汁小酸,味甘絕口。絕對係夏日嘅開胃小菜。

雙色流心皮蛋
用咗紅薑蓉同青椒蓉達成雙色,紅薑唔會太辣所以大多數人都接受到。糖心皮蛋流心部份黏口滑溜。

椰皇燉珍寶花膠
雖然驟眼睇個椰皇唔係好大,但係入面有好大嚿肥口彈牙嘅花膠。雞湯食起呢比較鮮甜,而啲雞肉都唔會煮到太老。而佢嗰啲椰子肉已經燉得好淋,一刮就甩。

香草金稻帆立貝
入面唔單止有燒茄子、草菇同炸米糠,仲有香草忌廉汁搭上香煎帆立貝。就算有咗香草汁,啲米糠仍然脆身唔會淋。

翡翠苗同埋雞肉都非常嫩,食落去唔會覺得老。而佢嘅上湯都非常有雞嘅鮮味。

火焰脆皮豬手(配黑椒汁/芥末沙律醬/香草汁)
上菜嗰陣時侍應仲會表演埋點火,觀賞性十足(啱曬打卡!)。個豬手皮香脆得嚟都唔會太硬,啲肉嫩滑得嚟又唔會太鹹,我會話佢啱啱恰到好處,所以就算唔太鍾意食豬手嘅人都可以一試。配上佢三隻醬汁更加令人開胃!

霸王沙巴仔
沙巴仔配上花椒同甜椒,食落去有些微麻辣,所以涼粉同魚肉就吸曬佢嘅辣汁。魚肉彈牙鮮甜,都算係幾新鮮。

楊枝甘露
入面嘅芒果香甜可口,新鮮飽滿。西米圓潤爽滑,而且比較大粒。汁底方面,芒果醬香濃順滑,牛奶味自然唔膩。

桂花糕
睇落晶瑩剔透,帶一點微甜,而桂花質感細膩,食起上嚟亦係清香可口。

椰絲脆麻花
麻花唔太厚實,甚至係有啲薄,當然都係脆身喇。佢嘅椰絲同埋糖漿未去到好多,所以都唔會膩。

菠蘿椰汁特飲
夏日嘅消暑小品,有菠蘿加椰汁,上到去聚聚嘅話都要出唔少汗,我哋一坐低佢就已經畀咗菠蘿椰汁特飲我哋,呢一點就係比較貼心。🥰

Interior
The restaurant is decorated in a unique way, with a bit of elegance and simplicity. It is worth mentioning that there are a lot of sofas inside the restaurant, so it is very comfortable to sit there!

This time, I ordered their set menu for two, because not only do they offer a discounted price ($582), but you can also try many different dishes at once.

Chilled Lychee Tomato
Cheerios are soaked in lychee juice, which makes them tasty and absorbs the sweetness of lychee. The lychee is juicy and sour with a great taste. It is definitely a summer appetizer.

Two-colored runny egg
The red ginger is not too spicy, so most people can accept it. The egg is a sweetened egg.

Double-boiled Coconut Maw
Although the coconut is not very big at first glance, there is a big hulk of fatty and elastic mollusc on the inside. The chicken soup is relatively fresh and sweet, and the chicken meat is not cooked too old. The coconut meat is well stewed and can be easily scraped off.

Grass and Rice Scallops
Not only the roasted eggplant, straw mushroom and fried rice bran, but also the pan-fried scallops with herb cream sauce. Even with the herb sauce, the rice bran is still crispy and not dripping.

Tender boneless chicken with jade mushrooms in soup
The meat of the chicken is so tender that you won't feel old when you eat it. The broth is very fresh with the flavor of the chicken.

Flame-crusted pork knuckles (with black pepper sauce/ wasabi salad/ herb sauce)
The waiter will perform the lighting of the fire while serving the dish, which is a great sight to see (just in time!) The pork knuckles are crispy. The skin of the pork knuckle is not too crispy and the meat is not too salty, I would say it is just right, so even those who don't like pork knuckles can try it. It's even more appetizing with its three sauces!

King Saba Chai
The sabzi is spicy with pepper and bell pepper, so the cold noodles and fish will absorb the spicy sauce. The fish is fresh and sweet.

Sweetened mango dew
The mangoes are sweet, fresh and full of flavor. The sago is round and smooth, and the grains are relatively large. The sauce is smooth and creamy with mango sauce, and the milk flavor is not greasy.

Cinnamon Cake
It looks crystal clear and slightly sweet, and the texture of cinnamon is delicate and delicious.

Shredded coconut crispy sesame
The twist is not too thick, even a little thin, but of course it is crispy. The shredded coconut and syrup are not too much, so it is not greasy.

Pineapple and coconut milk special drink
The pineapple and coconut juice is a great way to beat the summer heat, so we have to sweat a lot when we go to the party. The restaurant is a good place to go.
