Hello I am a vegan and I tried to celebrate my birthday at your VEDA restaurant on 21 Apr. I called to make my appointment on 4 Apr and make sure I could get a nice seat. However on 21 Apr 11am I received the call from your staff telling me the reservation has been cancelled because I didn't make the deposit. I was astonished because I didn't hear about the deposit stuff until the booking day. I asked if I can make the deposit right now and and reserve my seat. The staff told me it was cancelled

The staff told me it was cancelled but I can make the deposit to book again. I said alright please let me know how to do. She said she will send me the details by whatsapp. And I never recieve anything then.
Luckily I have another vegan restaurant option on that night, otherwise VEDA can really ruin my day. I shared this experience in my vegan group and one of my friend told me she had another bad experience in VEDA too. She got the restaurant coupon from the hotel but during the covid she couldn't use it. The staff told her that the expiry date will be extented after the covid restriction was released. But then when she booked, the staff said there is no such thing to keep the rights to use the coupon.
We want to support vegan food as much as possible, however, the service is really disappointing. And till now I still have no idea how to make an approaite booking. I appriediate it if anyone can tell me what was happened.
