“Hikiniku To Come” first Hong Kong store has landed in IFC! With its principles of freshly ground, freshly grilled, and freshly cooked, the restaurant creates the ultimate hamburger steak experience.

The set includes three hamburger steaks, in which you could enjoy the first one without any toppings to fully savor the juicy explosion and perfect charcoal-grilled flavor. For the second, add fresh grated radish and homemade yuzu sauce for a refreshing taste - my personal favorite combo. The last one? Crack a raw egg over it, mix it all up, and enjoy it with perfectly cooked rice from traditional kama pots. The creamy yolk blending with the hamburger steak is simply irresistible!
