There were quite some different food to choose, ranging from most typical sushi to Thai Tom Yum soup. After a while, we finally shortlisted the food and order.
1) Sashimi (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️): Probably the no.1 dish of every all-you-can-eat. Apart from typical choices like salmon, it also served abalone and razor calm. The portion was big and the slices were thick. But after all, I would still recommend Salmon as it was of a high quality - fresh and a little fatty.
2) Sushi & Roll (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️): There were a wide range of sushi could choose - such as salmon, octopus, etc. The black truffle series were outstandingthat they had a strong taste but yet still matched with the other toppings, such as the scallop sushi I did. The urchin hand roll was another highlight - the portion of urchin was big and they were fresh!
3) Grilled Food (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💢): After eating too much uncooked food, we also some grilled food, such as mushrooms, sweet potatos and lamb. The lamb stick was juicy and well seasoned. The oyster was another highlight. The oyster itself was juicy and got a rich taste when cooked with cheese and beacon. The salted Mackerel also tasted fresh.
4) Tempura (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️): The temura was really hot when served - probably cooked upon order. The shrimp was particularly good. Its coating was crispy but not too thick. Although it was probably frozen, its meat was still firm. Eggplant was also good - not over-cooked and still juicy when served.
5) Udon (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💢): Originally Just wanted to try something hot and full but it turned out to exceed our expectation. The Udon texture was good - very elastic and the Chasiu was soft and tender. Another good thing was that its portion was small that allowed you to try something else.
6) Drinks & Dessert (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💢): There were two freezer - one for drinks and one for ice-cream. You could get unlimitedly and there were quite some choices. Recommended to do the Chinese tea as it wasnt too sweet.
Besides, there were also Thai dishes served but we were too full to try. Would definitely come back to try next time!
