The entrance has a minimalist design, which stood out in the neighborhood. The staff was nice welcoming us into the restaurant. Looking at the inside, they only had seatings around the chef counter. We ordered two omakase and a few more items that were recommended by the chef. The omakase came with an artistic display of appetizer, a selection of sushi and two small dessert on a wooden structural dish.

The appetizer was marinated fire octopus. It’s a great pair for sake. The fish was fresh and accompanied well with the red vinegar rice. The cute bear biscuit was to be used as a spoon for the sweet red beans. The water drop jelly was seated in a small pool of syrup.

After we finished the omakese, the chef made us handroll of Japanese uni, toro and fish roes. Great balance of freshness. Then came the Japanese oyster that was as big as our hand. It’s fresh and crunchy. And last came a selection of lightly seared sashimi. We were quite satisfied with the quality.

All in all, it was a great experience. We enjoy this dinner.
