My family and I visited your To Kwa Wan branch tonight to celebrate my grandmother's 88th birthday. And we received an unacceptable experience.
When we ordered the dishes, one of the managers answered our enquiry rudely. I understand that not all dishes, likes oyster and fishes, shown on the meun can be provided due to the availability of raw materials. But, I cannot see the point that when we would like to order 壽飽 for our grandmother, he replied that "out of stock" !!! Please lets me mention that when we reserved the table a few days ago, another staff told us no need to reserve 壽飽 since it never be sold out. And, your manager is so ridiculous to give us long face. What happened? Did we pay for bad services? Even we finally got it, I cannot agree on his working attitude.
Moreover, we originally reserved seven adults and one baby seats for the dinner, however, one of our relatives was not able to join, hence we would like to reduce the "number of people" to six. Again, ridiculously, your manger used bad temper to reply us "NO, baby does count!" We did not want to bargain since tonight was my grandmother's 88th birthday and then we paid! $10 does not matter, nevertheless, $10 for poor services does!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And, please dont ask me for the name of your manager since when I asked for it, other staffs told me they did not know. (Do you believe? You never know the name of your manager, even the surname ... Were they kidding?)
From your website, it is mentioned that 5-S management scheme is adopted in your company. In reality, I cannot feel it honestly. I no longer have any confidence over that branch or even over your whole brand name. It is so incredible that your staffs wear the plaque of QTSA when they provided that quality of service.
I hope you understand that you never hope your 88 year old grandmother received such services on her birthday.
