We were 'served' by the Trainee (working at around 9:15pm at 1 April 2024) and it was one of my worst service experiences ever.  The Trainee was extremely rude during the course of our exchange (in Cantonese) and 'black faced' the whole time, even though we remained courteous and there were no other customers waiting.  After we placed our order, she begrudgingly made our drink - after that, she just threw the cup equipment into the sink from afar as if throwing a tantrum.   The experience was re

We were 'served' by the Trainee (working at around 9:15pm at 1 April 2024) and it was one of my worst service experiences ever.  The Trainee was extremely rude during the course of our exchange (in Cantonese) and 'black faced' the whole time, even though we remained courteous and there were no other customers waiting.  After we placed our order, she begrudgingly made our drink - after that, she just threw the cup equipment into the sink from afar as if throwing a tantrum.   The experience was really awful.  I will never buy from Don't Yell at Me again because of this.  I also think it would do the chain well to reflect on such service quality (or the lack thereof).
