Long time no eat in Tsz Wan Shan. We came all the way to do something and grabbed a quick afternoon tea here. 本灣水產 was actually a bright and clean supermarket with fresh seafood to buy and then ask them to cook for you for immediate consumption. There was a small seating area with tables and chairs to dine in after walking all the way into the supermarket. The fish ball soup noodle was pretty good. Soup was clear and free of MSG as we finished all the soup but didn't feel thirsty at all. The ho fun was smooth. There were three fish balls and 2 fish ball slices. They were not big but super elastic and fresh. It was quite delicious after adding some spicy sauce to enhance flavour. They also added some chopped spring onion on top. At a price of $20 it was unbeatable.

迷你鰻魚飯 at $18
The grilled eel rice was even cheaper at $18. There were 4 slices of grilled eel which were reasonably good although they were so thin. There was quite a lot of rice with a little bit of sliced cucumber and sliced egg. The rice was average plain rice but portion was big. Ok to eat with grilled eel sauce but it was not enough to finish all the rice. Anyway, no complaint for a price of $18.
These foods were available whole day and not just for afternoon tea. Very economical. 1 star for service because it was self-serviced.
