溏心蛋真的能做到流心的效果，蛋白部分卻不會太生，味道鮮美
豬耳凍鬆脆，令人不會覺得有肥膩的感覺，是很好的涼拌小吃，辣味亦能夠令人食慾大增，不過未能吃辣的朋友就要小心考慮，因為辣度也不低

這款手工麵卻較為令人失望，雖然帶子非常新鮮，麵質亦很彈牙，不過口味更為清淡，亦完全吃不出烏魚子的味道
This hand-made noodle dish is somewhat disappointing. Although the scallops are very fresh and the noodles are also chewy, the taste is rather bland and you cannot taste the flavor of the flying fish roe at all.
