Upper deck 位於東涌sheraton 酒店隔離，去完離島玩係東涌站搭免費shuttle就到啦😛餐廳可以睇到海景，夜晚仲有live band，好chill 😆 今次嗌咗weekday lunch set，有前菜、主菜、甜品或飲品。Upper deck was located next to Sheraton Tung Chung, where you could easily reach by taking the free shuttle bus from Tung Chung station. Rigatoni 好al dente 同掛汁，煙肉經過調味後亦好滋味😛Pasta份量好多但都唔會膩。
Rigatoni was al dente and coated with juice, and the pancetta was seasoned and flavourful. The portion was huge but not greasy at all.

乾式熟成牛扒軟嫩多汁，帶點嚼勁，而薯條好新鮮同香脆。好值得食。
The dry-aged steak was tender, succulent and quite chewy - it was a perfect combo paired with very crispy fries. Highly recommended!

鱸魚幾惹味，魚皮煎得好香脆。Cherry tomatoes 好鮮甜，解膩一流。
The seabass was flavourful - pan searing further added some crispiness on the fish skin. The cherry tomatoes were fresh and sweet.
