I haven eaten Ajisen Ramen for over five years, due to many branches closing and the remaining branches were nowhere near where I live. I found this branch today as I was walking around Tung Chung and decided to go inside.We were quickly seated. I ordered their signature food, the Ajisen Ramen. We were quickly seated. I ordered their signature food, the Ajisen Ramen. The broth tasted rich in pork bone, and the noodles were chewy and had a great texture. The thing I loved the most was the chashu. It had both fatty and lean meat, and the texture was soft, with a rich pork flavour.
I would definitely come back to Tung Chung just to eat this.
