The scallops was fresh and sweet, whilst the eel was cooked to maintain the perfect level of moist.

 
Sashimi Platter ($301)
The yellowtail belly carried rich and intense flavour that melts in mouth.
The Chutoro and Otoro has noticeable different. The freshness and texture profile was much preferred on the Otoro, although it did have a slight stringiness texture which some may dislike.

 
Tuna Temaki Roll ($48)
The first bite was worringly full of onions, however the tuna oozed out shortly. Each mouthful was rich and packed with basic yet perfectly coupled ingredients.
