Super convenient location with a stylish modern Japanese front door located in Central. Legit price range and good quantity and quality of wagyu beef set. It’s popular these days and I had to book a few weeks in advance. The omi wagyu beef is from Shiga. (滋賀縣近江A4和牛) One of the oldest and popular beef brand in Japan. However, I expected the marble would be more balanced and more melt in my mouth texture.🤨

The chef simply seared the beef briefly before sprinkling it with a little sugar then adding the sweet soy sauce. The first piece is rib eye cooked with spring onion. This is also my favorite part of wagyu, soft, tender and rich beef taste.
One rice and dessert up coming More to say, the deal is super affordable. This set is portioned for two (see the video), a sukiyaki set + extra one ox tongue. The price is $680pp *2 +100.
