🍽真•叉燒拉麵 Authentic Chashu Ramen$108（5/5）
濃湯好味過清湯好多！一入口係好濃郁豚骨味，油而不腻。正到我差唔多飲晒成碗湯！🤤🤤🤤
✧The thick broth tastes way better than the clear broth! The tonkotsu is thick and delicious! It is not surprising that I almost ate all the soup!
真叉燒肉色偏粉紅，肉質軟腍，豬肉味重，覺得有輕微parma ham味哈哈🤣雖然一塊都幾薄，但我覺得食3塊都夠，太貪心叫咗6塊！🤣
✧The ‘authentic’ chashu pork is pink in colour, it is tender and has a slight hint of parma ham. 3 pieces would be enough though they are rather thin. The ramen has 6 pieces of pork.
呢個拉麵冇筍，建議可以試丸京拉麵，有3片叉燒加3片真叉燒，兩款肉試晒仲有筍👏🏻
✧This ramen does not come with bamboo shoots. I would recommend Maru Kyou ramen, which offers 3 pieces of typical chashu and 3 pieces of authentic chashu, also with bamboo shoots.
幼麵煙韌，比一般拉麵舖粗身，掛湯能力佳！有完美流心蛋，再甜啲就好😋
✧The thin noodles are nice and chewy, slightly thicker than most noodles from the other shops. The half-boiled egg is very on point, but I prefer sweeter ones.
店內有香蒜同醋提供，同湯底好夾！大家可以試下！🤩
✧Garlic and vinegar match perfectly with the broth! Give them a try!

麵條長度適中，但較硬身，略嫌唔夠熱🤓
✧Noodles are of optimal length but they are a bit hard and not warm enough
