閒日最愛在咖啡店開展一個早上(少人啲嘛)。全店以歐美風格綠色為主調,離遠望過去已經足夠奪目,鋪面有半露天座位,未到盛夏早晨帶涼風,喝一杯flat white最好不過。座位充足不過人氣滿滿,建議預早一點到訪。Always love to embrace a morning in a cafe (with fewer other cafe hoppers during weekdays). ❝蘋果千層酥/Apple Turnover❞ ($32)
千層酥極為酥脆,切落去清脆利落,蘋果蓉帶清甜而並無過甜。The outer was so crispy that it could be cut neatly, and the sweetness of the apple filling was just right.
❝朱古力卷/Pain au Chocolat❞ ($25)
在巴黎浪遊日子最愛咬住一個Pain au Chocolat周街走,亦是少數我能夠準確pronounce的法語生字(慚愧)。份量超~級大個,口感厚實而內餡同樣不會過甜。When I was in Paris I got a Pain au Chocolat in my mouth all the time. This is also one of the few vocabularies that I can pronounce nicely (I am sorry). This size was huge while the texture was thick and the filling is also not too sweet.
❝酸種芝士蛋餅 - 雜菜/Vegetable Quiche❞ ($41)
蛋餅嫩滑,夾雜蔬菜內餡﹑芝士令味道層次更多~The quiche was tender and smooth because of the eggs. Vegetables and cheese further add layers to the quiche.
❝朱古力小紅莓酸種包/Cranberry Chocolate Bread❞ ($39)
原個真係超級大個﹑可以食兩日架!!口感有嚼勁又帶微微酸味,配合小紅莓相當開胃。This one was HUGE and you may only finish it the next day! The sourdough is chewy with a little bit of sourness, together with the cranberry is the appetising sweet-sour favour.
❝開心果吉士軟包/Pistachio Brioche❞ ($28)
軟包奶油香味十足,表層吉士醬濃稠而甜度偏高,適合配合無內餡嘅軟包一同享用,加上開心果醬又更增添風味。The brioche was full of creamy favour. The custard sauce on the top is thick and sweeter than usual, which makes it a perfect match for the brioche without filling. The pistachio sauce further adds more favours to the brioche.
❝芒果黃梅千層盒/Mango & Plum Feuilletine Basket❞ ($30)
是日大愛!千層盒口感酥脆帶牛油香,內餡有吉士醬以及芒果黃梅果粒,整體配搭出色。It was my favourite pastry of the day! The feuilletine basket was crispy and buttery. The custard filling with mango and plum together with the outer feuilletine form a great combo.
