今日嚟咗呢間好有feel嘅餐廳,有海景睇之餘呢度嘅環境都好靚好舒服!正!睇完menu叫咗個2人set,整體黎講食物質素真係好高,價錢唔算話好貴,都唔錯~前菜方面,叫咗Bluefin tuna tartare同Deviled crab cake,Tuna Tartare好有口感,味道有啲似生牛肉,有啲生洋蔥加落去更加香~Crab cake蟹肉幾多,仲有啲醬汁係側邊,都幾好食!Soup - Porcini mushroom bisque,蘑菇味好重,職員仲要係面前刨上松露,味道好有層次~Truffle tagliolini,係手工意粉嘅一種,加上醬汁好濃味,亦有好香黑松露味道,可見餐廳一啲都唔吝嗇!Rib eye steak,燒得好香,大概5成熟,係我哋想要嘅熟度,好有肉汁,旁邊亦有啲松露醬吊下味,好出色!Mini dessert platter,有幾款唔同嘅甜品,本身已經食得好飽,但係都要食埋甜品先滿足嘅。甜品有椰子布甸、生果啫喱、brownie等,整體唔係好甜,好啱夏天食!
