Rat dropping in tea

I visited this store and found rat droppings in my drink when I got to the bottom of it. I complained to the staff and showed them the rat dropping. The staff kept saying it's not possible and quickly took away the tissue with the evidence. She said she could give me another cup of drink. I said "No, thanks! Just deal with your rat problem." It didn't look like they cared or did anything. They just resumed working. Didn't even try find out where it came from.
