去番自己嘅地頭搵食 😉 適逢週末帶咗爸爸媽咪嚟呢間小店食飯 😚 其實眨吓眼我呢個 blog 就嚟滿兩歲大小店都開左一年幾 😙 好耐之前佢哋岩岩開張冇耐有嚟試過佢哋嘅沁沁飯 🍚 今日重遊舊地發現飯嘅配方好食咗 😆 重點系嘢食嘅價錢竟然仲同開張時一模一樣,老闆聽到我嘅評論 😅 親自解話:佢話因為唔得閒費時換窗口啲 poster 喎 😂 咁有人情味去邊度搵大胃王秘汁撈麵 ❤️ ($48)評分:7/10.呢個菜式之前應該係冇嘅 🤔 個人覺得就一般~味道正常但就冇乜驚喜,唔太過癮......😗 可能我唔應該嗌烏冬而應該食正常撈麵。配料方面,系豐富嘅,有燒腩豬扒雞翼等都唔錯。但整體上略嫌有啲太隨意,特別係香腸,同鹵水汁格格不入沁沁飯 ❤️ ($41)評分:8/10.爸爸平日夜晚胃口多數一般,就唔會嗌飯食 😶 不過見到呢個飯都食指大動清晒一粒飯都唔淨 😂 飯嘅口感比開張時候掌握得更好,宜家真係做到淋得嚟完全冇滲油嘅感覺,乾身得嚟帶鹹香,非常好入口 😊 老闆話係將粒鴨同雞肉放係面一齊蒸嘅,所以非常入味。呢個我第一次食時應該冇俾咁高分,但宜家嘅水準真係可以一試沁沁麵 ❤️ ($43)評分:8/10.媽媽至愛養

爸爸平日夜晚胃口多數一般,就唔會嗌飯食 😶 不過見到呢個飯都食指大動清晒一粒飯都唔淨 😂 飯嘅口感比開張時候掌握得更好,宜家真係做到淋得嚟完全冇滲油嘅感覺,乾身得嚟帶鹹香,非常好入口 😊 老闆話係將粒鴨同雞肉放係面一齊蒸嘅,所以非常入味。呢個我第一次食時應該冇俾咁高分,但宜家嘅水準真係可以一試

沁沁麵 ❤️ ($43)

媽媽至愛養生料理,小店嘅人心雞湯熬製得宜,湯嘅味道清澄清哋 😀,散發出陣陣雞肉嘅餘韻,人參味唔會太搶或者搞到好大陣藥材味。湯底飲落幾舒服 😌,跟麵嘅配料就相對簡單,只有雞肉同雲耳,但有原條人參係入面,所以性價比都絕對唔低

鹵水蘿蔔牛腩 ❤️ ($23)

小食類都有唔少選擇~😎 呢個蘿蔔牛腩望顏色就知炆得一啲都唔馬虎,蘿蔔同牛肉都完全上晒色,非常入味。雖然我覺得,口感都未去到話真係一絕

香蒜檸汁鯖魚 ❤️ ($23)

有驚喜!!! 其實鯖魚感覺係日式料理,從來冇見過用檸檬醃嘅方法去煮 🤔 但呢個組合有新意得嚟非常可以 😍 加上魚肉非常嫩滑,冇煎過口,呢一點非常抵讚 🤤,皆因好多日式小店整呢味都處理得唔好,搞到魚肉非常乾,完全不能入口。

醉雞卷相對之下被比較遜色,如果唔系因為之前已經食過,有直接比較,可能都唔會食得出 😐 不過我著實覺得宜家比以前雞肉好似冇咁新鮮,硬身咗,唔知係咪因為雪過。亦有可能係我唔好彩當日食材麻麻啦

Anything that is truly hongkongesque worths more coverage in english!!! Here's a shop near my very own neighborhood with lots of hk-style crafty treasures - homemade ginseng chicken broth noodles 🍜 and "tsum tsum" steamed rice 🍚 topped with steamed chicken, cured duck meat and cured sausages 🤤 totally isn't something that you can find randomly on the streets as a tourist (or even as a local!) 🙆🏻♀️ pretty nice and homey place to dine and food is super cheap. Another more "chic" street food style mains is the soy sauce udon assorted mix (Chicken wings, pork chops, pork belly cuts, winter mushroom and tofu) I recommend ordering small plates to share for a more diverse menu - try marinated turnip and beef brisket for some more chinese breadth and the garlic-lemon grilled mackerel for something more fusion style
