Lex Coffee holds a special place in my heart and I like it for its delicious food and sophisticated decor and relaxing environment. — Grilled Salmon Fillet with Spinach Mashed Potato —
This was really good as the salmon fillet was cooked in a way that it wasn’t too dry and insides were still very soft. Better yet, the spinach mashed potato was mouthwatering and it was creamy and smooth!
— New Zealand Lamb Rack and Sweet Potato with Gravy and Orange Purée —
Just by looking at the colour of the Lamb rack, you can tell that it’s juicy and tender. Its meat is also thick cut.
And you can’t go to Lex Coffee without getting a drink, of course.
— Lex Drink by Venchi with Mixed Berries —
This is perhaps their most iconic drink in my opinion and the reason why I knew about them in the first place. The drink consists of a frozen block of chocolate with mixed berries inside and a bottle of hot milk that you pour into the cup to melt the ice. The chocolate flavours were strong and fragrant and you can control how rich you want it to be by adding more or less milk.

The cappuccino had quite a balanced tone that is easy to accept. It’s composed of a blend of beans, with 60% Columbian and 40% Ethiopian.
And last but not least, we ordered a dessert to tie the meal together.
— Vivid Colours —
Vivid colours basically consists of peach cheese cake, mint jelly and peach and yoghurt ice cream. The cheese cake was soft and sweet and the ice cream matched it very well!
