There are several set lunch to choose from during lunch hour. The price is not very expensive for omakase. I ordered Deluxe Sushi Platter for $368.

前菜是魚凍,啫喱晶瑩剔透,口感Q彈,帶有魚鮮味而不覺腥。
The appetizer is fish jelly which looks crystal clear with chewy texture.It does not have strong smell of fish.

北海道帆立貝
大粒肥厚的北海道帆立貝肉身光滑細緻,味甜富彈性,而且這裡的所有壽司,師傅預先把wasabi放在飯和魚生片之間,飯粒已經塗上醬油,調較好味道讓客人可以即時入口。
Hokkaido Scallops  

The large and thick Hokkaido Scallops is sweet and firm. The master put the wasabi between rice and sashimi in every sushi. Rice has been coated with soy sauce, and so  you can put it into your mouth immediately.

Oyster is tender and smooth with its taste of sea. Adding grapefruit vinegar makes it taste much more refresing.

松子鯛魚肉質豐厚細嫩,魚脂與肉比例均衡,富有白身魚的爽甜,加入柚子醋平衡魚脂的油香。

炙燒拖羅
拖羅肉身呈粉紅色,肉質油潤而軟滑,入口即溶,灸燒後更能帶出濃郁鮮甜的魚味。

最後還有抹茶和黑芝麻雪糕作飯後甜品,個人尤其喜歡黑芝麻味,麻香四溢。
Finally, dessert of matcha and black sesame ice cream would be served. I would prefer black sesame flavor as it has strong taste of sesame.
