今日去到中環間譚仔度食晚飯,去譚仔我一定會叫酸辣湯底因為佢個酸辣酸酸地少少辣辣地真係一絕,配埋個墨丸簡直係食極都唔厭。我朋友就鍾意食清湯覺得清湯清清地有豚骨湯底嘅味道。咁佢每碗粉,都會有啲芽菜啦蔥啦同埋腐竹喺度嘅咁就係每樣都有少少。既然嚟得譚仔梗係唔可以唔叫土匪雞翼啦,黎個大嘅先夾,濃濃嘅孜然味,表面有啲黑芝麻食落去香香脆脆10分好味!咁我哋仲叫咗呢一個細嘅蒜泥白肉,佢個蒜泥,真係打到好泥想找粒蒜都冇,而個紅油就少少辣味,不過啲腩肉就超級薄。我哋喺牆壁上見到個新產品叫做雞腳筋,見到個名禁得意就叫咗佢嚟食,咁個雞腳筋系好硬嘅並唔係爽口係硬嘅,佢個汁同蒜泥白肉個個差唔多咁我就覺得麻麻哋啦⋯⋯
