這款玉米筍拉麵的玉米筍非常多，湯亦非常濃，喝下去十分鮮味，但喝後不會十分口渴，所以肯定不是味精湯。而另一個特色是拉麵的叉燒與其他的店舖不同，這個十分厚，就像五花肉腩一般，但吃下去不會十分肥膩。拉麵是比較粗身的拉麵，所以比其他店舖更加彈牙。至於流心蛋水準就比較一般，味道偏向清淡。
The Corn Shoot Ramen features an abundance of corn shoots and a rich broth that is both flavorful and satisfying. Despite its richness, the broth doesn't leave a strong thirst-inducing sensation, indicating that it is not heavily seasoned with MSG. Another highlight is the chashu (sliced pork) in the ramen, which is remarkably thick, resembling a piece of fatty pork belly. However, it is not overly greasy or heavy. The noodles are thick and chewy compared to those at other shops, providing a satisfying texture. As for the ajitama (soft-boiled egg), it is decent but leans towards being mildly seasoned.
