Probably the best Chao-zhou style fish-ball, fish cake and fish-dumping in HK. The soup base (fish shop) taste naturally sweet. When you order boiled vegetable, you can choose to use oyster sauce, 腩汁or 秘製si油, and the soy sauce is highly recommended. During lunch or tea, you can add $2 for tea/ coffee. They are generous -- they use almost half a lemon in lemon tea.Highly recommended
