Attracted by the pistachio pudding bun on the poster, but I’m a savoury fan so I can’t resist a pork floss bun. I was choosing between the pork floss ham & cheese sandwich and this spicy pork floss bun, and the latter won. This red spicy pork floss bun looks tempting. The pork floss was flavoured with spicy powder (味道類似輕盈版熱浪薯片個隻調味). The spicy powder tasted like a lighter version of Calbee hot & spicy chips. There’s a layer of salad mayo to securely fix the pork floss on the bun. Quite good!
