Finally tried the new resto from The upper house, I think Salisterra is better than the former restaurant there. We ordered 3 set lunch and ordered two extra dishes from a la carte menu. The Saba is their signature, I personally love it, but I guess some ppl may think the fish flavour is too strong. I love my medium rare pork loin a lot, so tender and so flavourful. Highly recommend to order the crispy fomo potatoe, so buttery and cooked perfectly crispy. Also love the complimentary bread and Madeleine cakes, both taste so good! I was surprised that the Madeleine cakes were on house, so generous of them, we got 5 cakes for 3 ppl. Love it.
I think everything was quite on point at reasonable price, the set was $415 only, and around $5xx PP after the extra orders. Nice environment and ambience, service was up to standard too.
A great choice for business lunch.
