The Michelin star caught my curiosity, so I gave it a go. Perhaps the most pricey bowl of ramen I've tried. Ordered the clear broth with most sides.All in all, it's okay. I suppose the highlight is the teaspoonful of truffle and truffle oil. The pork and noodles are good, in that they are at par with some of the better ramen stores. Though I have to say that the aromatic truffles are overpowering the pork and broth, and the experience becomes quite a bland one, unfortunately.
